Production introduction

Sublimated ice hockey socks have several advantages over traditional stitched designs. They allow for more intricate and vibrant graphics, as the entire surface of the sock can be used for the design. Additionally, sublimated socks tend to be more lightweight and have a smoother texture, making them more comfortable for players.

Production process works

1. Design: The first step is to create the design that will be printed on the socks. This can be done using specialized graphic design software.

2. Printing: The design is printed onto a special transfer paper using sublimation inks. These inks are designed to turn into a gas when heated, allowing them to penetrate the fabric and bond with its fibers permanently.

3. Transfer: The transfer paper with the design is then placed onto the hockey sock fabric, and both are subjected to high temperatures and pressure in a heat press machine. This causes the sublimation ink to turn into a gas and transfer onto the fabric, effectively dyeing it with the desired design.

4. Cooling: After the transfer process is complete, the fabric is allowed to cool down. This helps to set the ink and ensures the design becomes a permanent part of the sock's material.to the team.
