What equipment is required for battery pack production line?

 

1. Battery And Cell Test Equipment

The pack assembly line first needs to divide the capacity of the lithium battery cell, mainly to detect the battery capacity, cycle times, discharge rate, etc.

 

2. Insulation paper sticking machine

Automatic highland barley paper sticking machine is used to paste highland barley paper to batteries, we have 5/6/9/10/11/13/22 etc channels paper pasting machine to choose, and we accept customized requirements.

3. Lithium ion battery sorting machine

The battery sorter is used to sort the battery cells with high precision, and the sorting range value can be set automatically. The AC internal resistance and open circuit voltage of the sorting core are paired to ensure the consistency of the core.

 

4. CCD testing machine

Cell polarity tester(CCD tester) is a device for testing whether the battery polarity is correctly placed in the automatic spot welder fixture. It can be used with automatic spot welding machine to avoid major accidents caused by short circuit of batteries due to manual placement errors.

5. Battery spot welding machine

The main function of the battery pack spot welder is to weld nickel sheets with many lithium batteries into a group pack.

We have gantry spot welder, automatic single&double sided spot welder with current 5000A 8000A 10000A Optional, AC, DC inverter and transistor power supply for 18650, 21700, 26650, 32650, 32700 battery pack welding and assembly.

 

 

 

6. BMS tester machine

It is used in the safety test of lithium battery protection board, to detect whether the functional indicators of the protection board are within the reasonable parameters, to provide a set of testing standards to the staff, which is conducive to improving production efficiency and facilitating quality control, compatible with the common types of protection boards on the market, positive with the mouth (split), negative with the mouth (split), positive charge protection negative discharge protection, etc. The product is mainly used in production testing, incoming material testing, quality control, R & D testing and other aspects.

7. Battery comprehensive tester

The battery comprehensive test device is a device for fast and accurate testing of finished battery performance. The main test items include: open circuit voltage, AC internal resistance, discharge test, discharge over current test, short circuit protection test, charge test and charge protection test. The system adopts 32-bit arm processor and 16-bit ad converter for voltage and current conversion. Compared with similar devices, it has the advantages of fast testing speed, high testing accuracy and support for multiple devices running simultaneously.

8. Heat shrink packaging machine

The heat shrink machine is designed for cylindrical and combined battery heat shrink packaging process, using a combination of far-infrared and circulating wind heating technology to ensure uniform heat shrinkage of the battery plastic cover, beautiful deformation and high concentration.

 

 

 

9. Batch and date coding inkjet printer

The coding machine is sprayed on the outer surface of the battery with the information of the battery, including the manufacturer, model. Production date, voltage, capacity. Energy, production batch number, etc.

 

 

10. Regenerative battery pack test system

The aging cabinet is mainly used to test the charge and discharge cycles of finished lithium battery packs. Test items include: battery charging protection voltage, discharging protection voltage, capacity, etc. The equipment has four test steps: charging, discharging, shelving and cycling. By editing the corresponding steps, the battery can be tested according to the set process.
